1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hp999 platform and all its services. "hp999", "platform", "we" or "services" refers to the website at https://hp999.lat and all gaming and betting services operated under it. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on hp999 or used the platform.

By accessing this platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform. These Terms are drafted in accordance with Bangladeshi law and customs and are legally binding on both parties.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on hp999, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Misrepresenting account information under your own or another person's name is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred to another person.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential.

hp999 reserves the right to verify a member's identity. The verification process may require submission of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. hp999 reserves the right to restrict certain services or suspend an account if verification is not completed.

3 Age Restrictions

If it is established that a member registered while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. Any deposited funds will be returned, though conditions may apply to withdrawals.

hp999 takes the responsibility of protecting minors from online gaming seriously. Parents and guardians are advised to monitor their children's internet use and to use appropriate parental control software.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on hp999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following provisions apply to all members:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per payment method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.

The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same. That is, withdrawals must be made through the same method used to deposit funds. hp999 reserves the right to delay processing any transaction until it has been verified.

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, hp999 reserves the right to place that transaction on hold and take action after investigation. Any funds incorrectly credited to a member's account due to a technical error will be recovered from the member's account.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

hp999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. The welcome bonus currently in effect is listed below:

• 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement to use the bonus: 10 times.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a bonus of ৳10,000 → total balance ৳28,000.

General terms for bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus offer may be used only once and is non-transferable.
• The required wagering must be completed before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in those accounts being closed.
• hp999 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence is found that a member is abusing bonuses, that bonus may be forfeited.

All promotional offers must be used within the specified period. Once the period expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

All members must follow fair play principles while gaming on hp999. Prohibited activities include:

• Betting or gaming using any kind of software, bot or automated method.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Claiming bonuses or withdrawals through false information or in a fraudulent manner.
• Harassing, intimidating or abusing any hp999 staff member.

hp999 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure the fairness of every game result. In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, hp999's decision will be considered final.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

hp999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• Due to a directive from the authorities or a legal obligation.

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may notify the support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance in the account at the time of the closure request will be returned, however any bonus balance will be cancelled if the relevant bonus conditions have not been met.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

hp999 treats the privacy of members' personal information with the highest importance. Under our privacy policy:

• Members' information will not be sold to third parties.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by the member's own error or negligence.

• Any loss caused by a third party.
